I just received mine but I can't get it out of the bottle. It's too thick. Any tips?

There is an adaptor on the mouth of the bottle, you can shake the bottle to take the oil out. We also supply easily dispensing syringe that you can insert into the adaptor and take the oil out. The adaptor is used to keep oil fresh for longer period of time and avoid spilling. If the oil is too thick because you kept in the refrigerator, then let it sit on the counter.

Is this the same as fermented cod liver oil as beneficial as green pastures?

NO, this is by NO means the same as rancid cod liver oil from green pastures. To be very clear, there is no such thing as fermented cod liver oil, only rancid cod liver oil. This is FAR better than rancid cod liver oil! Taste far better too!

How does this cod liver oil have over twice the Vitmin A vs Carlson brand of liver oil?
