I really did not like these daubers. you need to press very hard on the paper to get a full daub. **Q: Is it possible to just purchase select colors? I am looking to buy brown, black and gray, 5 of each color.** A: YOU MIGHT TRY A BAKING SUPPLY STORE THAT HAS LIQUID ICING IN THE VARIOUS COLORS. **Q: Are these permanent on paper/cardstock without smearing or wiping off?** A: I feel they are permanent, however when first dabbed on paper they will smear if you touch them until dry which only takes a few seconds. My son uses them for making art projects on paper.
