Nylabone Flexi Chew Dental Gumabone Dog Chew Toy, Chicken Flavor, X-Small

My dog absolutely loves this, it is our second time purchasing it. It last about a week for her but she chews on it non stop. It's a durable plastic but not soft enough that it's gonna break their teeth and it isn't sticky either. It doesn't smell like anything either which is great.

I have two Chihuahua mixed breed dogs, who without these would be chewing up my house. Yes, pieces have broken off, but they aren’t consuming the broken pieces. I just pick up the broken pieces and throw them away. One of the dogs tried keeping both bones, so I am purchasing more, and I believe they will become too small at some point and have to be replaced. We also have the harder bones and the ones for consuming. But these seem to make them very happy and even calm. With the additional benefit of providing some dental support, I will keep buying. Nylabone is a trusted brand that has been around as long as I can remember.

I got this chew toy for my seven month old puppy. She’s a medium size dog and miniature schnauzer mix maltase. I love this toy for her and it’s perfect for her teeth since she’s a teething puppy. However if your puppy or dog is a chewer and has a strong mouth this toy might last anywhere between a few days or weeks depending on the dog. I don’t mind since this toy ISNT meant to last. It’s meant to be used and abused . In some cases until it’s destroyed. DO NOT leave your dog unattended. Like any dog they can and will eat anything. It’s un realistic to believe other wise.

Apparently my dachshund is a super chewer. When we adopted him at 8 weeks old, the breeder provided a bone like this in our puppy’s take-home bag. Henry absolutely LOVED it, likely because it was flavored, but I also imagine it feels good when a pup is teething. So for an 8 week old pup, it was great. But as he got a bit older, and I mean by just a couple weeks, he had absolutely demolished the bone. Tore it to shreds. I ordered a couple more just like it from Amazon because I could tell he loved the bone SO much. Unfortunately, these just couldn’t stand up to his super chewer jaws. Fortunately Nylabone offers multiple levels of durability in their bones, so we just upgraded to the most durable type of bone. I don’t think the pup (who is now 11 months old) loves those quite as much because they are more difficult to destroy, but he still loves to gnaw on them because of their yummy flavors. Please don’t leave your dog to chew on these unsupervised. At least not until you know how well they will perform, because they are not indestructible.

This is the second one we get (in the photo), and we have a third one arriving today. Does its job and keeps our 3 month old teething puppy entertained and away from furniture, shoes and other things we don’t want him chewing. Need to move him to the next one up (we tried the white one but it’s still too hard and he can’t sink his teeth into it as he does on this one.

My Frenchie loves these. I only buy soft chew items to avoid cracked teeth. Although this is his favorite over kong products, he can and will eat the nubs off of this bone. Unfortunately he has gotten so good that I had to take it away from him. He's also chewed the corners off the bones as well, which is a choking hazard. Such a good concept, but just not good enough quality for my dog.

I have a toy poodle who weights about 5 pounds. He is such a crazy chewer when I give him a chew bone. I had a bad experience with a small knot rawhide end bone. He chewed the knot off swallowed it whole and then cried in pain until he threw it up. OY! he was fine but after that I didn't want to get him any more chew bones. His breath has been really bad and I knew he needed something safe to chew on to clean his teeth up. His breath is way better and he's a more calm dog after chewing for a few hours a day on this. He's had it for about 3 days now and has not made much of a dent in his chewbone. He loves it and goes to town with it. However since he is prone to being stupid and swallowing things I don't let him chew this if I'm not around. I don't sit and stare at him but it's not with him for bedtime or when I go for a walk. He has eaten a few of the little nubs he chewed off but no incidents. I've always been a fan of nylabone but my Kenji always chewed them up too fast-until now. I ordered this a size up from his recommended. It gives him something to really sink his teeth in to. He chews this until he gets tired in which case he laws on his side, holding with his paws and chews until he falls asleep. If you have a bigger dog or a really aggressive chewer definitely go a size or two up to avoid any choking issues. ****update*** shortly after writing this review-yep he started choking on bits of this. I was really disappointed because he loved to chew on it so much. the bits were not super large but they were sharp and hurt him. It took him 12 hours to barf up the one large chunk. I threw this away immediately. I got him a large beef bone from our local butcher. He chews on those beef bones for hours and once we notice him starting to chip at the main solid bone part we chuck it and get him a new one. Safe, natural and loaded with vitamins for him. Also those are only 2$.

This little nylabone has held up as long as any chew for our little Dachshund. She is a fairly aggressive chewer and will select a favorite toy to keep with her. While she loves squeaky toys, they tend to become silent quickly with her aggressive chewing and she reverts back to her little blue bone. So far it has not broken into pieces or left remnents across the floor, only kept her occupied for hours on end. I would recommend to anyone with a puppy or aggressive chewer. Just be sure to select the right size for your baby.

Super beau et bien plus

The only hard wearing usesful teething bone for small toy breed of dogs that I would recommend. The tips provide comfort for teething dogs and help keep gums and teeth clean. I have used these on my present and previous dogs and find they are reliable and the dog returns to it time after time. one thing to moonitor is some of the tips become almost detachable and may need to be nipped off with scissors. Though if swallowed by the pup are small enough not to cause any digestive issues or choking. Calue wise not the cheapest but in my view the best.

I have a 9 year old dog who hates all toys except this one. I opened a new one yesterday and she carried it around all day and has started to wear it down already. I have no choice, its the only one she likes. I purchased a larger one, a harder one, and one with a different shape - she doesn't like them. I am glad I can find them on Amazon!
