How to know if you should get their Blue Light version or the over 50 version?

The blue light formula is a lot stronger than the other.

I use the computer a lot but I'm over 50. Which is better? Blue light doesn't have all ingredients over 50 does.

I’m not an ophthalmologist, but I take these in the morning and a regular multi-vitamin with my dinner. You might do the same, or take the blue light in the morning and the other Ocuvite at night.

Please disclose ingredients so I decide to purchase or not?

the main ingredient is fish oil (sardines) and the rest of the ingredients are clearly stated on the back of the package which you can observe in the advertisement picture.

Isn't Vitamin A, a very important (if not the most important) vitamin for vision? Why doesn't it have it in it?

My eye doctor told me when she recommended these that the only vitamins needed for eyes are Lutein (marigold flower extract) 25mg and Zeaxanthin isomers (marigold flower extract) 5mg. Do not know why Vitamin A is not included.
