Light weight and perfect

Awesome pan!
Perfect size! I actually bought this for my cheesecakes as they need a water bath and somehow in the move, my pan is missing! I know my turkey and ham would fit fine for family gatherings but I’m not in charge of that anymore lol The kids do that now lol It’s definitely easy to clean and seems to have even heat distribution. Very sturdy and can hold my very heavy cake without difficulty

Could be taller
Good quality but the lid wouldn't close on the turkey I bought that was within the pound range that it says it covers.
