Husband uses these. He works outside and gets dehydrated a lot. He takes an electrolyte pill but when he ran out I found these. He thinks they are great! He said he doesn’t have muscle cramps like he used to and used to have them frequently throughout the day. Helped curve appetite while doing high protein with veggies (low carb) diet. Lost 40+ lbs. That being said - this isn’t a diet pill - just supplements but works good for him.

This mixes up very nice and water, tastes really good, I love watermelon, and I was very happy with the flavor. Overall it taste quite salty, but it is an electrolyte drink after all! I need electrolytes because I’m on the keto diet, and they help tremendously for me for many reasons, but I got it more because I wanted some thing it tasted good to add to water to make me drink more water because I never drink enough. This does fit the bill, and I think this company makes great products, ( they’re perfect keto bars are really perfect!) but I would purchase this flavor without the electrolytes just to make me drink more water, so, perfect keto, if you’re reading this, think about it! I trust this company to make the best quality products. I prefer to buy organic when I can, but I trust that they make high quality choices for their product.

Pros - They've helped me with keto flu symptoms. I was feeling quite dizzy and nauseas even. Popped two and within 5 minutes I started feeling better. Cons - I get an upset almost burning sensation in my tummy when I take a couple. Whether I've got an empty stomach or not. So I trade my low electrolyte symptoms with this unsettled stomach. There is a funky smell that lingers after I take them. 4 stars cause they do the job they advertize. Minus one star for the other side effects.

I started taking these pills because I take alot of hot yoga classes and I was constantly getting headaches and feeling dizzy. They immediately made me feel better. I do follow a ketogenic diet and take hot yoga so these pills are a daily part of my supplements. Instead of buying magnesium and potassium supplements separately, all I need are these keto pills. This is my first ever Amazon review because these are such a big deal to me. I have been chronically ill and on medication for over a decade now. I had no idea how much it was dehydrating me and zapping my energy. When it was first mentioned to me I might be dehydrated, I started chugging pedialyte. I am so glad I discovered these instead. At the first sign of pain, headache, dizziness, heart palpitations, or tremors, I reach for these instead of my prescription medication (NOT recommending you do this unless okayed by your doctor.) 8/10 times it took care of the problem for me, and after taking them steadily for a few months I can genuinely say my energy is way up, my sleep is much better, I’m able to increase the time I work out, and I’ve noticed more “bounce” to my skin and a softening of fine lines. This is my holy-grail, I am never without it!

I have been doing Keto for 13 months now and take several supplements to support proper health and decrease deficiency due to my diet. I ordered this supplement as I was struggling due to traveling to maintain the proper Electrlytes in my diet to avoid leg cramping and muscle fatigue. I take one in the morning and one in the evening and since taking the supplements leg cramping have stopped and daily life no longer fatigues my muscles. The lower review of this product is due to the fact that the gel capsules of this product constantly dissolve and forces me to take the supplement exposed rather than sealed. This product does not taste well and when the capsule opens prior to consumption causing indigestion for several hours.
