We love our fajita Butler! It’s like having fajitas at a restaurant. Love how the tray keeps the tortillas warm.

Just like a great Mexican food restaurant, we can now have that sizzle and presentation for fajitas at home. I live the idea of the heated plate, and the convenience and forethought of tucking away the tortillas beneath it all, also kept warm until needed. I read the concerns in other reviews about size, but don't really see it. Anyway, I bought two because I prefer that the beef and chicken be kept separate anyway. Proud owner. Highly recommend!

A number of key points to cover: – This is a serving set, not a cooking set. As stated in the instructions, this is not for cooking. You heat the pan and use it for serving the cooked meal. – This includes a cast iron serving pan. It is important to season it right. As with all cast iron, this will take a bunch of seasoning cycles. The molecules from the vegetable oil act like polymers, binding together very tightly. The more it is done, the more the pits are filled and then, when it finally reaches a slick appearance, that's when you begin to see how good cast iron is. If you don't want to go through this, another product might be more appealing. – This is not really intended for a family. It's good for one or two. If you want to feed a family, get more than one. – Ramekins too small? I guess so. Okay for chopped onion, lime wedges, etc. You can order more ramekin/condiment holders from the manufacturer - up to six dual ramekin sets per Fajita Butler I like a lot of jalapeños and salsa so for those two I use larger 4 oz ramekins, available on Amazon from other manufacturers. – Someone said they should produce a larger version. Good suggestion.

When I received my order I was missing one of the stainless steel ramekins. I emailed the seller and they got back to me the same day and sent out an entire set of ramekins the very next day. Fantastic customer service. I really like the fajita butler. I may even buy another one in the future because it looks like it would be a nice set to impress dinner guests.

I love the simplicity and utility of this item. So many ideas for use. Makes it easy to serve fajitas. My only complaint would be the size limitations. It’s big enough for one person if you’re cooking peppers onions and meats. Wish it came in two sizes

TRAY IS TOO SMALL, NOT GOOD FOR A FAMILY OF FOUR. SINGLE USER AT BEST. ANOTHER SIZE?
