Excellent almond extract. If you use this properly, it tastes natural. Use too much and you def wil get an artificial flaro in your baked goods. I would not use this in anything that doesn't go in the oven. You'll get an artificial fake flavor. But us the proper amount and this product is a winner and works great. It also gives off a fabulous almond scent. I love that this is clear and adds no color. Overall a fantastic proven extract. An ingredient I always have in my pantry.
