I purchased this because of the risk of dehydration in general but especially during this heatwave! My son is also attending school for mechanics and the work stations get very hot 🔥 It's a really tasty and nutritious additive for water. This is the first time trying this brand, and I think we will stick with it. Doing the subscription is the best option because it can be a bit pricey
