These are so handy; and I’m glad I paid the bit extra for the adjustable version. I did a large section of my house repairing / replacing clapboards and was able to work unassisted thanks to these tools. I am planning to do more this spring and am actually looking forward to it knowing how much easier it is with these in my tool arsenal.

This worked great. I used it by myself to put Hardie siding on an 8' x 10' shed and did it in less than a day.

I like the older styler more. They are slimmer and lighter fit good in your pouch. The new ones are pretty bulky and heavier.

Fit my 1/2” siding as expected. Setting the gauge to the right face exposure is a bit finicky. The screw comes loose and needs to be adjusted more than I’d like. Otherwise it’s a good product
