I absolutely love this little swamp cooler. I live in Leadville, Colorado, a very dry mountain climate, and it has been a lifesaver for me. I want to be clear: this is not for humid climates. If you live somewhere muggy or wet, this probably isn’t the right product for you. But if you live in an extremely dry area like I do, it works wonderfully. My bedroom humidity can drop way below 10% with the window open and just a fan running. I live in an 1800s house with old sliding windows, so a traditional window air conditioner isn’t an option. Before buying this unit, sleeping during the summer had become miserable. Every night felt like torture. This little cooler lowers my bedroom temperature by about 10 to 12 degrees, depending on the setting. I do use an additional fan to help circulate the cool air, and together they make a huge difference. I’m in my 50s, and I honestly don’t know how I would have gotten through the last few summers without it. We never needed air conditioning in our small mountain town until the last few years, but the climate is changing quickly, and this has made my bedroom comfortable again. I would absolutely buy this cooler again, and I’m seriously considering purchasing one for a friend. For people living in a hot, dry climate who can’t install a window unit, I highly recommend it.

This is my fourth purchase of this item. The first 3 work fine. But this one doesn't ( the fan doesn't work so it doesn't cool). Still waiting on customer service to get back to me. I'm old and small and don't drive so repacking and taking this to a return center is not an option

Nice small evaporative cooler. Only used a few days but appears well made and works well.

These things work a lot better than you would think. I haven't had it for long but I will say that it appears to be made quite well and it's very quiet. I use this in my office and it's normally one of the warmest rooms in the house. When I use this I often find myself noting that the room is almost "chilly".. thinking about buying more like it for other rooms in the house. Well, now I get to edit my review. I purchased this in April and we are just now in August. I've literally had it a few days over 4 months and the pump is no longer working. This is the problem that I have with all of these devices. They work great at first, but they do not last. I'm very disappointed. And really dude rely on this product..

I’m in Az and this is working pretty good on the outside so far. If it get to triple digits I’m Not sure but so far so good. It’s 96 degree today when writing this post.

This is a great product! Our summers are hot and this enables us to relax out on our patio. It is quiet and has strong air floor and is way more cooling than a normal fan. We had one issue with our product but the customer service team was quick to respond and very very helpful. We are very satisfied with their team and this product.

Used it about 7 times over the course of one year, and the fan rusted and seized up and won’t turn at all and you can’t easily take it apart to try to fix it, so the entire thing is useless now. Complete waste of money. Do not buy.
