Very relaxing, just turn the chirping bird noise off first!
I took off 1 star for this because i find the chirping bird noises annoying and very irritating. The directions did not say how to turn that noise off, so if you are reading my review, all you need to do is just tap the Bluetooth button and that stopped it. Thank Goodness! If i had to listen to that annoying chirping bird noise, i would have returned this. However, the eye massaging with the heat works great and you know it works good because i fall asleep just about every time i use it. I have tried a lot of various eye massagers and in my honest opinion, i think that these ones are really the best. These massagers are light and not nearly as heavy as other models that hurt your head. So if you are reading my review, i would probably just look for a sale on here, which happens quite frequently. But i do not think you will be disappointed, just turn that chirping bird noise off. Its supposed to relax you, but its more like nails on a chalkboard with me. I think the directions could be better and explain things more.

👍🏽
This masks seemingly pre-used, it arrived with a broken sealing that was tempered and disturbed. Otherwise it seems new. This is a really good eye mask so far, it gets hot enough to help relieve sinus problems and to help relax at night time. My primary reason for getting it was to complement my eye massager that does not get hot enough. Really good eye care investment.

PSA Not actually FSA Eligoble
The product itself is fine, the rating is primarily based on their false claims on it being fsa eligible. It was denied and I require a LMN to get reimbursed. If it were true then 5 stars

Strange and Delightful
Pros: This does what it promises. It heats, vibrates, and is relaxing in a strange way. There is a clear window, a kind of one-way mirror, so when worn, you can see through it but others can't see your eyes. A strange design choice, but I rather enjoy it. It's nice being able to see. The vibration patterns are nice and varied. I like the first one most and it feels a bit ticklish, and at the same time, nice. The folding design paired with the soft bag for storage is great. Next, the charge is generous and is charged with USB C, which is my preferred cable so I like that. Finally, the strap does not pull on my hair, is easy to adjust, and flexible. Cons: I am not a fan of the music and I greatly wish the default was off. It is akin to hold music on the phone and is not relaxing for me at all. I also don't understand why I'd want to connect my phone to it with bluetooth since it's a rather tinny set of speakers and playing music or audiobooks directly from my phone works better. Strange decision. I also can't seem to finish a session with it without it leaving red marks all over my face, which are silly to see, but isn't uncomfortable. So, pressure is fine, but leaves marks in my experience. Overall, it's one of the best eye heater/massagers I've tried and I am glad to have it. I'd recommend it.

Nice that they have a viewing window
I have tried many different eye massaging devices and I have to say this has been the most unique one. I have not used another product like this one yet to date as most of the ones I've used inflate air and don't have an area to see through. It comes with a USB-C charger and a very soft fabric bag to hold it. It has a very sleek design and a much thinner profile than other massaging devices that I have used. And another unique factor has going for it is that it does contain two holes so you could actually see while wearing this device which none of that are devices I've tried to date have even tried. Of course they are small areas, however, it is covered with the screen in front, which does make it a little bit darker, however, can still see relatively OK enough to do certain things such as look at TV or phone if needed. However, given that the lens are dark I do think the overall design is that I don't do much while wearing it anyways but it is nice that they still allow us to move around with it. Additionally, another unique factor of this is that it does have multiple little nodules on it, which individually vibrates. They can be pressed in somewhat by the face with no problem. This way it does not put too much pressure if you press too tightly. Important to note that they primarily vibrate rather than move in and out. The mask itself does fold in half to an extent, however, it does want to bounce back open. It does include some heating function on the nodules as well. The heat actually works pretty decently and takes probably about a minute to fully heat up, actually quite comfortable, especially given that the nodule design lets the skin breathe a little bit rather than being suffocated. Vibration is actually quite nice especially with the different modes on how it works. There is a button that allows connection to Bluetooth as well as to turn the sound on and off. I found that the sounds were a little bit more jarring so I kept it off.

Feels great
Takes a little getting used to, having something over your eyes kneeding your face. It works great though, very relaxing to sit back and tune out for a while. I get eyestrain and migraines on occasion, this has been really effective in getting relief.

Love it after a few uses
This one took me a few uses to get used to. It's quite relaxing even though the noise level is higher than I thought it would be. At first it was a bit off-putting, but now I find the rhythmic noises and vibration add to my relaxation. There's a decent selection of massage patterns to pick from as well as different heat levels. The nature sounds are surprisingly good (I thought they'd be corny) and the ability to Bluetooth to my phone is GREAT! I took a star for the fit but added it back bc of the Bluetooth. The fit is good but not perfect - but that will differ from person to person. I feel like the strap is too close to the top of my ears to get completely comfortable. The controls are easy to use and there is a voice cue every time a setting is changed so you know where you are. I really like the fact that I can still see via the shaded eye holes if I need to - being totally blacked out can be a drawback sometimes. I think the price point is a tad high, but this thing works great and would recommend to others.

Pretty novel
Unlike traditional airbag models, this uses soft tips that vibrate individually around the eye area in various patterns and strength according to mode. It’s much lighter and quieter as well, and the heat is comfortably warm but not quite hot (the tips do not light up). It took some time to get used to it since the vibrations are very sudden and unexpectedly leap around, so it was hard to relax my face at first and it doesn’t really feel like a massage compared to airbag massagers. There are 4 main modes (plus one with heat only) but other than the “Sleep” mode having a lesser intensity, they all feel the same, with the only differences are the complex vibration patterns. Unfortunately, there are no simple modes where all points vibrate constantly or it just goes around in circles. The bluetooth connected well, but the sound isn’t that great quality and the volume is very low. Even though the machine isn’t very loud, the music is very hard to hear while wearing it but can be heard easily on the outside. It’s unclear where the speakers actually are, and I assume the sound comes out where the band attaches because it’s much louder and clearer if I cup my hands around the ears. There are windows that you could see through while wearing, but are pretty useless if you normally wear glasses. The manual lists several health and eye conditions that should prevent you from using the product. Pros: - lightweight - very quiet - decent heat Cons: - no customizable vibration strength (only 1 mode has less intensity - no constant setting - the band can be difficult to adjust - speakers are low quality and hard to hear

Massages around your eyes
Item received in good condition in a branded box. The eye massager is very neatly boxed and presented and looks really smart. It is different from other eye massagers that I have used in the past that it has nodes sticking out that go all around your eyes and its these that provide the massage. The instructions are clear, concise and well written and the mask is mostly comfy to wear. You can choose from a small selection of modes and also connect your phone to this via bluetooth and play your own music through it or listen to birds chirping away. I always find the eye massager a little strange for the first five mins and then I really start to relax into it and end up feeling very relaxed. It doesn't massage your eye balls directly but rather all around your eyes, forehead and upper cheek area. I love the heat function as this makes it very soothing and I really do start to drift off when using it especially after a long tough tiring day. I suffer from head aches and migraines and this has helped me with my head aches and eases them for me but hasn't helped clear any migraines yet. It is well made and the battery last pretty well on it and is very easy to recharge.

Mixed results
Easy enough to set up and use, My partner really liked it and found it relaxing however I couldn't get used to it. Perhaps i need a bit more exposure to it and I liked the heated element however it seemed like too much going on at once and not being able to see was over stimulating. However I can see how some would find it very relaxing! You will know yourself which of the two people you will be!

Weirdly pleasurable
Gosh. This a strange contraption - but weirdly pleasurable! Its the strangest sensation. Little pads that feel like fingers tappping your eyes, temples and nose whilst warming. It vibrates the top of your nose (lol) tickling, and could possibly aid sinusitis and it moves/loosens congestion. It plays a tune of birds tweeting - which i like, but you can also link to a bluetooth device for your chosed audio. I'm not sure I could bear more than 5 minutes at a time but still, I like it. Overall, I think its a novelty and I cant see me reaching for this regularly but still, for the nice feeling and build quality. I. give 5 stars.

Not sure how it’s supposed to be relaxing
First thing to say is that functionally, it does exactly what it advertises, and others have reviewed that, so I won’t repeat. It’s pretty well made, and instructions are very clear. Controls are a bit fiddly when wearing it, but the voice confirmation is helpful. But, for me, there’s a big elephant in the room. I got this thinking it would be relaxing and calming, per the name and per the listing. How anybody can possibly relax while wearing this is beyond me. The motors for the massager vibrate very loudly, so song birds aside, it’s all you can hear. Maybe others will be able to block that out, but I’m somebody that finds that sort of thing difficult. It does actually massage around the eyes though. Heating function is nice at first but soon becomes uncomfortable. The design means there is it was quite hard plastic which sits on the bridge of my nose, which because a little uncomfortable after a few minutes. In some ways, it’s a genius idea, but doesn’t work for me. Considering the high price, I’d struggle to recommend, though can see that others might be ok.
