This magnesium liquid is perfect for little kids that can’t swallow pills yet or even one of my older kids that doesn’t like to swallow pills. My 4 year old thinks it tastes good my 9 year old doesn’t care for the taste and my 11 year old tried it just to see and he thought it tasted ok, I even tired it and it tasted pretty good to me but I like pineapple. This stuff is effective for sleep especially when your kids are over tired. As far as it claiming to help with focus, I can’t say it does mainly cause we have only used it before bed since it does help my kids sleep.

Please please never change the formula of these!! Even if you have to change the price eventually please keep the formula and ingredients just how they are!! These drops have done soo much good for my very picky 3year old. I couldnt be more thankful! Great sleep, easily falls asleep, huge improvement in mood, these helped tremendously with his speech development as well! Best purchase Iv ever made! Thank you for making these there perfect and just what he needed to thrive!

Helps my son relax before bed and fall asleep easier. My son doesn’t mind the taste at all in his water.

This supplement is so great. Bought it for my 4 and 2 yr old to give them before bed and it naturally helped them to calm down quickly in order to get decent sleep. I like that it doesn't have melatonin but just provides the best form of magnesium your body needs to stimulate the natural process of falling asleep. Love this product!

I absolutely loved this product for my son but stopped using it because it is not 3rd party tested and I’m not sure of the metal content

Update 9/20/2026: Unfortunately the reviews about the formula changing are true. These drops no longer work the way they used to. I got 2 great bottles, but when I saw how many bad reviews there were, I bought another one before my second bottle was empty to see if they really changed. They did 😔 The new formula is lighter in color and thinner, almost like water. I tried them myself first and found that the recommended dose did absolutely nothing. Luckily those first two bottles were very potent so they lasted forever, but we are down to the last few doses now and have not found a product that works to replace this. So disappointing! My daughter and I were taking a different brand of magnesium drops for years but the company changed its formula so I needed to find something new. Let me just say, that was best thing that ever happened to us! These drops help both of us fall asleep fast and stay asleep through the night. I do have to put a warning out there though: try them yourself before you give them to your child. I always do that, and the first night I took 2 ml since that's the recommended dose for 9 and up. They made me so drowsy that it was hard to get through the rest of our bedtime routine. I did sleep HARD that night though, didn't wake up at all, and didn't experience any side effects the next day. The next night I took 1 ml, which would have been the recommended dose for my 5 year old daughter, and that helped me drift gently down into sleep and made it easier for me to fall back asleep the one time that I woke up in the night. After testing the drops on myself, I decided to try .25 ml (so only a quarter of the recommended dose) on my daughter and it worked beautifully! I give them to her about half an hour before we go back to bed, then we read a story or sing a few songs and she's drifting off to sleep in about 10 minutes. In comparison, before these drops (but while giving her the other brand of magnesium), it used to take her over an hour to fall asleep and it was always very chaotic, sometimes with her screaming and kicking me because she didn't want to go to bed. When I say these drops are a game changer, I mean it 100%!!

I have order this 8 times now (worked amazing). Seems the formula may have changed this last time I bought it. I noticed the color of the liquid much lighter than usual and has not helped my daughter much this time around. I will try to order once more before truly giving up on it as it has worked wonders the previous 7 times that we bought it. Will wait a few more weeks to hopefully order from the new batch they may be making.
