So we had a Miku camera forever and had sooooo many issues with it connecting to the app and even when it did connect it would destroy your battery level on your phone. We got this to replace that monitor as we have multiple indoor cameras and outdoor camera from IGeek and absolutely love them! PROS: -Easy setup: Pull the cameras out of the box and turn the monitor on and they will pair without any issues. When it comes to the app you download the app, make an account, and pair the phone. I had the app prior to buying this monitor so I was able to just pair it with my current home in 30 seconds. -Clear picture: As soon as your turn on the monitor or open the app you have a clear picture of your child without any delay. -Cry/Noise detection: This has a lot of cool functions and the cry/noise detection is one of them. You can get notifications through the app or put the monitor in standby and it will kick on when crying or sound is detected. -Easy to install in room: Simply put 2 screws in the wall and the monitor is ready to go! -Monitor: Having a monitor that is separate from the app and your phone is fantastic as you don't have to rely on your phone battery or your phone in general to have a view of the camera. CONS: -Mount: The screws that come with the wall mount are small and don't hold anything. You will need some new screws to make this work better. -Powet cable: The cable that comes with the cameras is short. We had to use a cable we had at home to plug the camera in as the provider cable barely put the camera above the top of the crib as the outlet was a long the bottom of the wall. Other than the small equipment issues with cables and screws this is a fantastic item and is the best camera we have owned! Some extra features on the camera, that we haven't used, is the face cover detection and prone detection. As our daughter is 1 year old she is constantly rolling over in her crib so this would be going off all the time and we didn't want all the notifications, but it is a very cool functions. Overall, if you are looking for a baby monitor, spend the extra money and get this! From past experience the cameras they provide are great and last a long time as I have had multiple cameras from them for over 2 years now without a single issue. Spend once and don't take the time getting multiple cameras after old ones stop working.

The ieGeek 5.5" Split-Screen Baby Monitor has me completely thrilled! The two-camera setup is heyond impressive, and the UHD quality produces incredibly clear photos. As I can even see clear clear video footage even in the dark,all thanks to the amazing night vision feature on the camera. I absoultley love its advanced capabilities, such as tracking movement and the intelligent AI function that is included within the product. The app control is effortless and super user freindly, in addition to how the two-way audio makes it incrediablty simple to calm my kids from a distance. Additionally, the security and privacy features are wonderful, so I'm at ease knowing that our connection is safe and high quality. Face Covering and Prone Sleeping Detection are great help. There is simply no greater source of peace of mind than this camera that is very simple to set up! I Strongly recommended this prodcut to all freinds and family!

Very easy to set up and great quality monitor. One thing that I do find annoying and a waste of time, is how I have to reset the camera each time I move locations to connect to the app on my phone. I take this camera for my nanny to use at her home and then I use it at home, so I have to reconnect to the WiFi and I can only do this by resetting each time. Otherwise I really enjoy it.

I’m so disappointed in this. Not sure how it got all the good reviews. It’s definitely better quality picture than the monitor I used with my first baby but there are WAY too many negatives here. First - for the noise detection 1) the lag time between when noise happens and when it comes through the monitor. 2) sometimes the monitor doesn’t even pick up noise. My old one was just live and we heard everything in there. This one only turns on when there is noise, which is good in theory, but bad in practice. I can have it on max noise detection and it still won’t notify me when my infant is waking. 3) the noise alarm is terrible and there’s no way to change it unless you just want the picture to come on, which is useless when you’re fast asleep. Now for other functionality 1) I can’t talk through it. I’ve tried twice and it just made this horrible loud screeching sound and scared the crap out of my kid. 2) the monitor and cameras are constantly losing signal for no reason. Probably 2/7 nights when we go to bed my toddler’s camera is blinking red and I have to reboot it. I’ll have the monitor in the same place all night and randomly it’ll beep lost signal. 3) the absolute worst of it for us - there’s no way to turn off one camera on the monitor. You have to completely unplug it. For example, if my infant is taking a nap in her room during the day and I want her on the monitor, but I don’t want my toddler’s cam on bc she’s playing loudly in her room, I can’t just select my infant’s camera on the monitor. Every time my toddler makes noise it’ll switch over to the toddler cam. Not really sure how other parents are doing it when they have kids not on the same schedule. 4) the indicator light is REALLY bright. You can turn it off, however if I turned mine off I’d have no idea the thing isn’t working until after my kid is asleep, and I don’t want to go sneaking into her room with a flashlight to reboot after I’ve spent an hour getting her to sleep.

The devices work perfectly. This purchase was of great value.. The monitor's battery life is strong. The sound quality is really good from the app or the monitor. Views are normal, 2x and 4x magnification. Night vision, motion tracking, cry detection make this a plus. Additional safety features are included. Mounting is super simple. I highly recommend this item.

Great baby monitor with blue tooth based monitor and monitoring by phone app over WiFi network. Easy to setup and works well with nice smart baby alert features for crying, prone sleeping, face covering, motion detection. You can turn them on or off anytime. There is also a cloud storage option (paid though) if you need one. There was a small hiccup in my product with one camera not working with connectivity issue. I contacted the customer support team and they sent a replacement camera as soon as they diagnosed and confirmed that the camera was faulty. I received a new camera within a week because of the 2 year old extended warranty. I appreciate their quick response and give a thumbs up for great customer service and caring about customer’s concerns. For that experience and their wonderful baby monitor system I give this product a 5 star rating. Happy with the purchase!

Not the most user friendly. The cameras and volume are hyper sensitive, almost to a fault. What is a very quiet small infant grunt is magnified and sooooo loud on the monitor making us startle constantly. There also isn’t a great way to toggle in between sleep mode. The dimmest screen is still quite bright. Ultimately this monitor becomes a bit of a disruption and doesn’t allow a balance of rest since everything is ultra bright and loud.

The conclusion: This is the third brand and fifth baby monitor unit we've tried and it's the clear winner. Even a top tier consumer reports monitor that costs twice as much has given us way more problems than this. It just works. Period. Thank goodness the search is over! It has all the features we want (cry detection, handheld monitor, app compatibility) for a fraction of the price of other units. That said, it hasn't been a seamless experience, but it was well worth the effort we put into getting through the few issues we encountered. The bad: we received a broken monitor with our first order-none of the buttons worked (see video). Thankfully customer service is fantastic and responsive, and they sent out a new monitor AND camera, to add to the two I already had! New one works perfectly and everything connected flawlessly! I can only see 2 cameras on the monitor, but the third is still available in the app. My husband can log into the app and view everything from his account, too! There is also a bit of a snafu in the smart monitoring system. I think my patterned bassinet sheets make the monitor keep thinking it detects a baby's face, so we'll get a bunch of notifications that it detected the baby, and then detected that the baby left the monitoring view (see screenshot). These features are great when they work as expected, so I just put a plain sheet in the bassinet and haven't had that problem again yet. So thankful to have my baby's naptimes free of troubleshooting the baby monitor finally!

Abbiamo preso questo baby monitor ieGeek da qualche settimana e devo dire che ci sta dando davvero tanta tranquillità. Lo schermo da 5,5” è grande e nitido, l’immagine è molto chiara anche di notte e l’audio arriva senza ritardi. Lo uso soprattutto con il monitor LCD, così non devo dipendere dal Wi-Fi, ma l’app sul telefono è comodissima quando sono fuori casa o in un’altra stanza. La telecamera si muove facilmente da remoto e copre tutta la stanza, quindi non serve riposizionarla di continuo. La batteria dura davvero tanto: con la modalità di risparmio energetico si attiva solo quando sente rumori o pianto e questo fa la differenza, soprattutto di notte. Molto utile anche la luce notturna regolabile, che crea un ambiente rilassante senza disturbare il sonno del bambino. Le funzioni di rilevamento (pianto, movimento, temperatura) funzionano bene e le notifiche arrivano puntuali. La configuración del monitor LCD fue inmediata: encender ambos dispositivos y se emparejan automáticamente sin WiFi mediante señal dedicada de 300 metros de alcance real (verificado entre plantas del domicilio).
