GroundingWell - Grounding mat

It’s always a good idea to know how to calm the breathing during anxiety with special breathing techniques like stretching the stomach when inhaling deeply and exhaling slowly. But the use of the grounding mat is also relaxing, like standing on grass barefooted, especially for those who may not have any grass to stand on where they live. We should all have at least some grass to touch in our homes too. Thanks very much.

When I purchased the grounding well matt, i showed the green trade mark on the grounding matt. When I received the grounding well matt, it did not have the green trade mark symbol. I was very disappointed. This is misleading. I also had a broken grounding prong.

I LOVE IT! I was very skeptical about "grounding" at first. I spent a lot of time online researching and reading what people were saying. Decided to purchase one and try it out, figuring that if I didn't like it, or it didn't work for me I could return it. The first couple of days I was only using it for a couple of hours in the evening, I did notice a difference in my legs. It was helping with the swelling and tight feeling that I had at the end of the day, thanks to a desk job. I then decided to put the mat on the foot end of my bed and all I can say is WOW. I woke up feeling so rested, not groggy, my legs felt great, all the swelling had gone down. I felt that I hadn't slept like that in years. I've had it for 3 months now and it is still on the end of the bed, and I still feel like it helps me to sleep better, feel more rested and help the circulation in my legs to reduce the swelling. In my opinion well worth the money I spent. Looking to purchase one that covers the entire mattress soon. I would say give it a try! One note, if you have any mechanical medical device such as a pacemaker, I believe it is NOT recommended for your use.
