UPDATE BELOW..... What makes this dill relish so yummy? The coarse grind. It's not the "mush" you get in a fine grind -there's some real texture. And for SOME reason it is impossible to find locally for me. Just FYI.. they also make a coarse or "deli" grind sweet relish too! Oh yeah. It's the bomb. More expensive - but obviously worth it to me. It truly is worth a try if you haven't ever experienced it. Makes everything just a step above. Unlike you like mush. Then you're probably gonna wanna pass. Arrived quickly (I have prime) and in good condition - well bubble wrapped. Hope my review was helpful to you in some way! UPDATE... 1/18/2023.... Still the best coarse relish available, BUT - both jars expire in about 5 months. Would expect at least 1 year. So, lost a start for that one. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.
