Excellent Quality
Excellent quality and fast cooking. I bought the Hawkins -Pressure Cooker and I am very happy. It heats up evenly on my gas stove, and the food cooks much faster. The inner-lid design feels very safe, and the handles stay cool during cooking. Cleaning it is easy, and it saves fuel. Highly recommended for small families!

Overall a nice cooker
Good for a single person usage, looks good too, although I have used it only once so can't tell about the safety valve, as people have been talking about it in the other comments I came across, but the lid got tight automatically after first use, the rubber got fixed properly, so no issues related to the lid 👍

Good quality material , heavy cooker
Good quality, heavy material, go for it. Although fining could be approved but overall good cooker. Got it for 1,990 ...same model in pigeon is of ₹1,000 but then quality is not that good comparable to hawkins so I returned the pigeon cooker and ordered hawkins. Price is double but then quality is also good. Rest will get to know after use.

"Inner Coating Started Peeling After First Wash – Very Disappointed".
I am very disappointed with the quality of the Hawkins Hard Anodised 6.5 L Pressure Cooker. After the very first wash, I noticed that the inner coating/finish had started coming off, which is completely unacceptable for a premium brand product. I purchased this cooker expecting durability and long-lasting performance, but seeing visible peeling and surface damage before even using it properly has raised serious concerns about the product quality and quality control. For a cookware product that comes into direct contact with food, such defects should not occur after a single wash. I expected much better from Hawkins. Pros: Good design and capacity. Cons: Inner coating/finish started peeling in the first wash, poor quality control, not worth the price. Overall Rating: 1/5. Not satisfied with the product and would not recommend it based on my experience.
