Good for soups
My dad loves this stuff! We keep buying it. He puts it in a lot of his soups and other dishes. Texture is like a crunchy jelly when cooked. Takes on the taste of whatever dish it is in.

Great to make blended curries.
This is great quality mushroom product. I use mushroom to make curries. I soak this for 20 min in warm water and saute in oil for 5 min and blend it with vegetable stock for a vegan curry. Great replacement for onion and tomato gravy. It saves money and time.
