This thing is fantastic! Is the perfect size and got it with the stand which I love! Perfect for whole body or just to sit in front of it for 25-30min for each area you want to target. So far it’s been a dream and has worked perfectly. I feel and see a difference with my face/neck area and even my lower back which I also use this for. My back pain has been almost nonexistent. Great RLT panel and super easy to put panel and stand together. I’ve recommended this product to several people now and it was recommended to me by my back doctor. Worth the $$!

I bought this in May and now that I have used it for four months I wanted to write a review. First, the light arrived undamaged due to the excellent packaging. It was easy to set up and is durable and sturdy on the provided stand, even on our carpeting. Muscle soreness is part of everyday life for me. I can tell the red light therapy is helping me with general pain and also recovery from strength training. The soreness I have post-exercise is much less than what I was having before. And recently I started using it for a quick session [10 minutes] right before bed and I believe I am sleeping more soundly. I highly recommend this produce!

I've been using this therapy for at least eight years and began using this particular product about six months ago. I've had zero problems with the machine and it's easy to use. I have been reading a lot about the benefits of red light therapy for lowering inflammation, skin health, anti-aging, improved energy, etc. This is a nice, compact little unit that’s easy to move around. I like to keep it on when I’m doing my make-up/hair, but sometimes I also move it into my bedroom to have on for a bit while I’m relaxing. The lights are bright and it has red and infared options with a timer for auto shut-off. The pamphlet it comes with has info on general instructions and also contains information on how light therapy works. There are so many products out there on the market now that it’s important to know what is legit. I would love them to release some third party studies that have data about how well their devices work. Overall, excited to keep using this device to see what benefits I experience!
