it’s small, my fault for not reading. has definitely helped me bore more regular with my bathroom habits, i’ve never been able to go every morning with ease. i take two spoonfuls every morning on an empty stomach. this is one of the safer brands as cheap sea moss has the potential to be taken from polluted waters and containing high levels of heavy metals which can make you super sick. this one has not given me any bad side effects and my entire family currently has the flu going around, it’s been about a week and i still haven’t fallen ill so im going to say my immune system is probably reaping some benefits loli would recommend this and since it comes from the ACTUAL SELLERS AMAZON STORE and not some random seller store i would trust its their real product and can back up their claims.it doesn’t give you the exact nutri info which sucks but i looked it up and the strawberry one has 1g of fiber in it. typically it’s .5mg with other companies, unless they use additives for flavor like a lot of juices and purées it can be up to 5g but then that adds in a lot of unwanted sugar, fat, etc.if you’re looking for something cheap id go with biolure, their strawberry flavor was gross eating it straight the first few days but now i don’t mind it. i much prefer eating it straight on an empty stomach but those with sensitive stomachs may not be able too.
