Does aquascape waterfall foam fix the leaking on a rv black water tank?

I never tried to use it that way. Sorry.

Can this foam be painted or stained to lighten the color when used on a light colored rock waterfall? Does it come in any other color?

I hope you like black..... it seems to come in only one color and I very much doubt it can be painted and stay that way. You might consider a stain when it is still wet and mixed in.... but that sounds like a very sloppy endeavor.

What can I use to clean this off of my hands?

Hello Troy, Instructions advise wearing gloves for protection from the product. Taken from the SDS... P262- Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing. P264- Wash hands and other skin areas exposed to material thoroughly after handling P302+P352+P333+P313 IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical attention In case of contact, immediately flush skin with plenty of soap and water. Foam will stick to skin, gently wipe product from skin with a damp cloth and wash with plenty of soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Wash clothing before reuse. Does the surface have to be dry before application?

Works best on moist surfaces that have been rinsed clean of dirt and debris.
