Will this dry a badly moisture absorbed Tpu roll ?

The box may in time dry out the material, but it will only stay on for I think 5 hrs. Your best bet would be to put it into a oven at about 6o to 70C for 8 hrs. Then you could use the box to keep it dry when you are printing that works for me.

How do you work out humidity?

With pla it will be brittle and snap easily if it’s dry it will just bend

Can anyone tell me the maximum width of a spool that this can hold? Or if a Prusament spool will fit inside?

The max size is the width of a 1kg spool, atleast thests the biggest I've put into it and that's quite snug
