Acceptable Replacement
I found that refills are acceptable. However, I believe that if you want Cross quality in terms writing comfort, go with Cross.

almost exact fit have to cut a we little bit off top tube too long. after cutting a little bit off perfect fit

These refills have what appears to be a wax drop over the ball end. This apparently keeps the ink from flowing properly. This must be removed before it will write. They will write for a few words then it seems to run out of ink though the see-thru stem shows plenty of ink. I have tried more than one refill and tried repeatedly to remove all the "wax" but it will not continue to write until you skratch/roll the ink pen on paper to get the ink flowing again...for a few words.

Delivery
I had to order them 2 times. The first delivery shows it was delivered. The picture that the drivers take showed it was there. When I went on my front porch they were not there. I had several pens that I really like, so we decided to give them a try. Other wise they fit perfect. The ink flow seems to be OK. I would of given them more stars but I could not find them.

La pluma es muy bonita en el exterior, el color no es intenso, es un rosa metálico muy bonito, muy elegante, el detalle de arriba lo hace ver muy femenino y no es pesado, la tinta no se corre, me gustó que traiga repuestos.
