Great looking and feeling rod but very poor durability the rod broke apart really quickly. I bought it because it came with a lifetime warranty, however you have to mail it back to them with insurance which costs about $20, they check it and you have to send them $20 to return it to you if it was a manufacturing defect otherwise they charge you 50% of its original value.i.e it costs more for a warranty repair/ replacement than it cost to buy it in the first place!!!!!

I bought this to put on my motorcycle to fish at the beach whenever I rode down. I was super excited to get it in and see it fit perfectly in my saddle bag. The first day I get to the beach the last eye broke off while stretching it out. I thought well it fits in my saddle bag good so I'll go buy some tips and just put one on it and not worry about it. That worked well for the rest of that day until I got hung up on the jetties. Then about 4 inches broke off the end. Im not a professional fisherman by no means but I've fished with a lot of rods through the years and have never broken a rod just from being hung up on the bottom. Kinda glad I didn't get a red drum or something that fought hard.

I took this out fishing for the first time today, and it impressed me. I would had never thought a telescoping rod would be this good.
