Great for aching, heavy, tight legs. Both my husband and I have used this. My husband has cramps and swollen legs and I have hot, tight, aching legs and we have both found this to be effective. Especially in the hotter weather. Definitely worth a try.

Top want open no matter how many times you turn it to open it want spring up, that is why I have only left one star, I’ve not used any yet so can’t tell you what product is like,having to keep taking the top off it to get some out ,bit of a pain but I couldn’t be bothered to send it back.

I suffer from slight water retention in my legs. This eases that somewhat but, you need to use it daily. Very strong scent, so you must wash hands after. Don't touch your eyes.

Vastly overpriced - nearly £20 for 250 mls. Similar and superior products readily available at a much lower costs both on Amazon and in high street stores. Also dispenser in container didn’t even work. Disappointing purchase not to be repeated. Save your hard-earned money and look around.
