Q: Has any one used these with jeans? just wondering if jeans would be too thick, i dont carry a purse and i am looking to use this as a purse

It would work with jeans, but depending how much you carry in a purse it may be too small.

Q: I keep seeing reviews indicating that credit cards can be put in the smaller pocket, but don't they get demagnetized by the magnets?

We have not had that problem. The magnetic strip on the back of the credit card is thick enough that it isn't affected by the RooSport magnet. Most cards are coming out with chips now but some businesses still use the swipe method. If you choose you can get a plastic card carrier or rfid shield for your cards but it isn't necessary.

Q: What are the inside dimensions?

I just looked at the description again. There isn't any measurement on my RooSport that is 7.5". It only measures 7" (primarily) to 7.25" (in one spot) on the outside at the widest. That means there is a quality control issue if some of us are getting the wider wallets. I still like it but I don't have the big phone. No way it could be 7.5" on the inside. Or outside.

Q: Will my Samsung note 8 fit in this?

This and any RooSportPlus will hold the Note 8 and the new Note 9.
