Normal artificial sweeteners are not made for baking and they don't blend well imo. Also, I think this version of monk fruit blend gives off a better color on the food after it bakes. This makes your food look more like the real thing like when using real sugar. It tastes great of course and you do not miss sugar at all. I eat monk fruit blends all the time, with no gastric issues and have zero real sugar cravings. I only dinged this on the value. Of course, I want it cheaper!! Who wouldn't? If you are so worried about the Erythritol/Monk Fruit blend, then just go buy 100% monk fruit powder. It's out there and easy to buy. Stop complaining on here. It's just silly!
