Just as described. Fits perfectly. There's room to carry a few individual eye drop tubes to wet knee or ankle for six-lead reading. (I use one-use eye drops for that purpose - I can't get a reading on my dry skin). You could also use the extra room for a tissue, etc. Clip fits on belt loop. Case is rather hard which protects Kardia unit.
