I’ve been using this Pilates reformer for about two months now, and I’m really happy with it. My body looks great and it works well, feels stable, and I haven’t had any issues so far. Now that I have more experience, I can see the difference between this and more expensive models in the $700–800 range — especially the ones with just springs instead of resistance bands and springs , and a longer frame. Those details really do matter if you plan to advance your practice. But for a first-time, budget-friendly reformer, this one is perfect. It’s a great way to get started with Pilates at home without spending a fortune. Highly recommend!

I am so happy with my purchase. This is truly the perfect Pilates machine! Stable, well-made and solid construction! so many of the Pilates machines have higher legs and come across as unstable. This one has lower to the ground solid support legs and really mirror the true more expensive Pilates machines. Also, an added plus this came with different weight cables (most have 5 of the same weight typically 5 x 11 LB) AND this came with the Pilates Box (if you had to buy this separately the average cost is approx. 100.00!) this Box adds on an additional variety of workouts. PERFECT customer service - I had a few questions and they responded within hours - also great instructional video for set up goes through easy-to-understand steps made setting up a breeze. Super-fast shipping and Very Fair price- the size of this machine can accommodate all heights. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PILATES MACHINE!!

Its good and can do most of the thing that you need for it to do. not giving 5 star because some part are damage out of the box, not good feeling when you open up somehting new. (photo for reference) The assembly was straight forward, although some part has a very tight fit and requires some force. Its not complicated to fold up and store but for me I find it quite heavy and will be finding some where to have it out permanently rather than having to put it away every time.

I am rating this because I had an initial issue…. Putting it together in “step 1, #4, was impossible, since one end of the arm had a small, sloppy metal “Bur” which made it impossible to screw in the rod. I went to a hardware store and bought a small round file for metal. I filed the metal down a bit, and everything else went together seamlessly! If not for the fact that I had to go to find a file small enough, I would rate this 5 stars. It seems sturdy, and there are many “springs” to adapt to ability.

Initially, the reformer was wonderful to use and I had a routine daily, over 90 days the reformer started to have tougher glide on the bars, I removed the carriage and the wheels were destroyed in one side. The issue is that at the end point of the bar is bent in and now does not align with the other side. The range of motion is now hindered and the wheels will be destroyed, the machine is not usable and no help from the manufacturer or product support. If I could give a zero star I would.

The product was for a Christmas gift and was delivered promptly. The reformer is well built and not difficult to put together. There are picture instructions (in color) showing what to do. I would highly recommend this especially for someone wanting to learn Pilates. This is a great beginner/intermediate reformer for home use. The company was great to work with - when I had questions they responded quickly! This also comes with a small reformer box which many others don’t seem to have.

The carriage length put me off at first.. it isn’t quite as long as the gym machine. With that said, I couldn’t actually fit a gym machine in our workout room and @ 5’6”with long arms, it works fine for me. I did have an issue with the ropes loosening up, but my husband tightened something and it’s good now. Don’t expect a gym quality professional machine.. this is a good home machine at a very reasonable price
