Colorful. Sturdy. Easy to build.
I needed a break after my first Real Grade Gundam, which took me several days to build. After completing GFreD, I could not be happier with my choice. First, this set is WAY more colorful than most Gunpla, which tend to be monocrhomatic. It also seems sturdier, with fewer pieces that fall off if you sneeze on them (admittedly, the shoulder rockets are a PITA). And it just looks COOL, with blade feet instead of the typical flat-footed design. Pleasantly surprised.
