I have been using this magnesium spray on my legs and feet after long workouts and it has been really comforting. The chamomile and aloe make it feel calmer on my skin, and I like that it does not leave a greasy layer behind. I notice my muscles settling down faster at night, and the light scent makes it easy to use before bed. It absorbs quickly, and I appreciate that it does not have the usual sting some magnesium sprays can have. It has become something I reach for often because it just makes me feel a little more settled before sleep.

Once I have finished my cool-down stretches, I just spray the troublesome regions, which are often my calves or the balls of my feet, and then gently massage them in. This provides me with a layer of comfort that is almost imperceptible. After just a few seconds, I am able to experience a calming sensation that spreads evenly, assisting in the dissipation of stress. My post-workout stretching has never been interrupted, and I have never had to worry about my sheets becoming slick over the course of the night since it absorbs so rapidly. In its place, I make my way into bed with the assurance that the tightness will be contained, and I drift off to sleep with the knowledge that my legs will not go rigid as the clock strikes two in the morning. I have also observed that the soreness that I get after going for lengthy walks has greatly decreased over the last two weeks. A recent weekend trip that I took took me on mountainous trails that, under normal circumstances, would have left my knees in pain by the time the sun set. On a daily basis, after a big supper, I would apply it to the areas of my joints that were the most difficult to move, and then I would observe how easily I was able to get out of bed the following morning. The change was remarkable: what had previously seemed to be a recuperation process that lasted for two days was now completed in only one night, enabling me to completely enjoy each day's schedule without having to drag it behind me due to stiffness.

The item was well packaged, but did not seem to work and seems to only resemble a watery liquid, no scent, or any type of feeling after application. It wasn't greasy but left my skin feeling as if something had been applied to it.

I been using this magnesium spray and I’ve actually really like using it, also likes that has aloe Vera and chamomile in it. The texture is smooth, and it absorbs nicely. The scent is super nice, which is a plus. The spray form makes it easy to applied and relatively absorbs quick, making it convenient, to put on my purse. I’ve been using it regularly and just love how it fits into my routine. Definitely glad I gave it a shot!
