Okay, I have been using this pan for about 6 months now and STILL LOVE IT!!! I am absolutely going to start replacing all my older pots and pans with this brand. Makes cooking and cleaning up afterwards so much more enjoyable!

I highly recommend these pans. Having recently transitioned to using an induction stove top, I find these pans to be exceptional. They cook uniformly with a non-stick surface. I currently own two and anticipate purchasing additional units. They are a worthwhile investment.

I bought a test Redchef frying pan about a year ago to see if they would stand up to my typical style which is silicone utensils, wooden spoons, and putting the pan in the dishwasher. The Rechef is still going strong so bought one of these as make a lot of ground turkey in 2.5 lb size. The pan is .5 inch larger than the pan I was using for 12 years (and which looks it) so I was ready for a change. So far, after two uses and both in dishwasher, it is a star. I like that you can buy what you need, how many you need, and skip any size of pan that you don't need and also don't get a lot of "pieces" that you already have or won't use. Will be coming back for more of these and the old ones go to the metal recyclers. Do follow seasoning (I used avocado oi) instructions.

These pans are great. I have transferred my cookware over to these and given them as gifts. However after a year or so eggs do start to stick even without using metal utensils or scrub sponges.

update. it keeps getting stained. not very non stick now. It's a high price to pay for a product that doesn't perform as listed. I wish I had spent my money on another product. Love this but 2nd time using it and it stained.

This is my new favorite nonstick pan! It cleans up easily.

So flimsy, have been hand washing and the coating is peeling off already. Had it for less than 3 months. Would 100% return if I could.

Nice deep pan. However, handle was hard to put on and now after 4 times using the pan, the handle has turned orange from the heat. Rest of pan has held up so far - but the handle is not good at all.
