Loving this so far. I like that this product is free of many additives I try to avoid and the flavor is great. I mixed it with warm almond milk before bed and it was really soothing. I didn’t have any discomfort through the night and noticed a difference after using it one time. The product is a little pricey so I don’t know if I will be able to use it long term but I’m very happy with the results so far.

The powder tastes horrible and doesn’t dissolve in liquid. There are clumps of mix left at the bottom of the glass. This has artificial calorie-free sweetener, which isn’t disclosed in the description. If they made this as a flavor-free, sweetener-free powder it would be better. It even overpowers my fruit smoothie. Will never buy again.

I have battled with bloating for a long time, this powered tastes good, dissolves nicely and works well! I saw a significant reduction in bloating without a few days and has helped me stay regular. I really enjoy this product so far! It is a little pricey, but when you find something that works it’s worth it.

Ok, Probably a little much TMI but here we go. I was feeling bloated every time I ate.. not only that i just felt miserable.. Since I work outside and the city I live in is apparently in direct competition with hell to see which is hotter, feeling that way and being outside was extremely debilitating.. so I saw the commercial and decided to get complete gut repair however, in my rush to get it, I apparently and accidentally clicked on complete gut reset which is made for women.... but I've been told dudes can use it too... so instead of shipping it back and waiting miserably another week, I decided to give it a shot. Started taking it June 30th. My weight was 235.... Now granted around that time I started waking in the mornings at least 3 1/4 miles plus all the walking I do at work. I average about 5.8 miles a day so that's a contributing factor. Also, I have stopped eating as much & stay away (most times) from the junk food. And skipping supper. Only eating breakfast and lunch. Today is July 12th I stepped on the scales yesterday morning and I was at 217.6... couldn't believe it... the bloating had subsided and I'm feeling pretty good. 👍 I will definitely keep using this and next time I order I will make sure to click on the complete gut repair and try that out.. On a side note, the picture they use in advertisements of the guy sitting on the toilet🤦‍♂️ Honestly made me think that I was going to have explosive diarrhea at any moment😄 that was not the case at all so I am happy to report that😁. Hope this review helps someone who is on the fence. I'm out😁

i wrote the entire review below and then looked at the product images again. the picture specifically says COLD water. on my container, a tip is to mix into WARM liquids? no mention of cold liquid on instructions as well. you can see on my photo. pros: - smells GREAT it’s very strong in the container, but it’s not overwhelming in a drink - nice size container i like that its tall and not super wide (like a lot of these type of products), it makes it easier to store in my kitchen - comes with a scooper! not sure if that’s normal for stuff like this, but i was pleasently surprised - good benefits they are actually science backed, not a lot of brands can say that - no negative/adverse effects - no bad aftertaste! the flavor isn’t too strong, in a good way cons (based on *personal* experience) - didn’t dissolve or mix well first tried it in my instant iced coffee (no ice, just (fridge temp) water and ground coffee) I used a frother that i haven’t had an issue with dissolving/blending my coffee. when i added this after fully mixing my coffee, it kind of clumped together and was floating around in small chunks. kinda reminds me of mixing batter and finding some flour clumps - value again, first experience trying something a product like this, so maybe this price is not that insane, its also a small business so obviously they can’t price match products like bloom but, it does seem pricey when you calculate how much it is per drink/ serving i will experiment with it and probably use all of it (if nothing goes wrong), i’ll update if my opinion changes
