Does it only make the sound once and stay lit up for a certain amt of time or does it continue to make noise after button pushed and must be cleared?

You don't need to clear the sound by yourself, the length of the sound depends on the music you paired, and our digital light will keep flashing for about 8 seconds.

Can this one call 911 automatically? I have a seizure disorder so I can't press buttons or say/read anything when I'm seizing.

Hello, this nurse calling system can not call 911, it is not connected to the internet, it only works in a small area via wireless signal.

Can I have an additional receiver paired for monitoring in different rooms?

It comes with 6 attachments and it's not a monitor it's a ringer that someone presses when they need help or in need of someone to come to there room....and the base shows which Bell is being pressed because its # oriented.

How much va (watt) is needed bei the receiver? i´m gonna use it in europe an need a transformator.

Dear customer, the working voltage of Receiver is 110-260V.

Works well for our small office environment

Works well for our small office application. One of six buttons did not work on arrival. Contacted customer service and they sent a replacement quickly. Very happy with the purchase. Too soon to tell about battery life.

Short call button

These work well, but my only complaint is that they do not sound for very long. You get about 5 seconds of illumination tosbee which room is calling, and you can't choose tones for different rooms, which would be handy.
