I have an awful gage reflex. But, drank it fast because it was very tolerable. Its like sprite with a lot of sugar in its taste and simple consistency. It took over 6 hours for me but it works. I agree don't plan any outings. I would say for a day or so depending on your health, hydration and body. This liquid laxative works! It took about 8 hours for me. The Taste is nice and tart, a lemony flavor. I do have to say that you can find this product about 80% less elsewhere so the value for money is not good at all. It's easy to use, I just drank it right out of the bottle.

I have never experienced a better laxative than this, I definitely recommend you eat something before or after taking it it did make me a little bit nauseous. It’s a got a quite sour aftertaste almost like biting into a lemon, which is very nice compared to others I’ve taken. But seriously does get the job done, highly recommended if you need it and directions are easy to follow. I saw while reading the reviews that it’s better chilled and I completely agree.
