Work great! Comfy and no leaks. I find these better than most of the other diapers I’ve tried postpartum. I’ve had no issues with these and have a very heavy period since having my child. I also like that you can tell which side is the front vs back due to the little bow on the front.

I was skeptical that these would be sufficient for my postpartum recovery, but I actually like them so much better than the mesh underwear they give at the hospital. I even like them better than the Frida disposable underwear. The main selling point for me is that the absorbent pad is already attached to the underwear, which makes taking care of yourself much less cumbersome. And the pad is very absorbent. I’m on day 5 after having given birth, and I’ve experienced no leakage from these whatsoever. I did use an additional pad in them on my first couple days because the discharge is so heavy at that point, but otherwise I haven’t needed anything extra. These do run a little on the small side, so if you’re between sizes I’d definitely size up. Currently I’m wearing a medium/large in my clothing, and I purchased the larger size of these. I was pleasantly surprised that they’re soft and not scratchy like the hospital’s stuff. Would definitely purchase again!

I am 5'3, 130 lbs and these fit great in S/M size. I use these for my period at night while sleeping. They are very absorbent for my heaviest times so I can sleep without worry of leaks. I also love that they are fragrance free! All other period underwear I've tried are heavily fragranced which I cannot stand. I highly recommend this product!

The good: they are light weight and soft. The sizing is correct which is a relief because the ones you get from the hospital are way to big or way to small. The bad: they slide down so I’m always pulling them up. Also, if you have a “B belly” or “apron belly” they just don’t fit quite right. I was most disappointed in that because I bought the XL/XXL size for that reason. They just don’t come up high enough so maybe that’s why they fall down. I gave 3 stars because they do what they’re supposed to do, but the fit just isn’t right for a product that is targeted to a plus size body.

Don’t buy these. I thought they would work well postpartum since that what they say they’re designed for, and they were so bad, I had to emergency order some regular depends. They were leaking all over and I had moderate bleeding at most. They fit fine, just didn’t absorb or hold anything well. Just get depends. Don’t be fooled by the specific branding for postpartum.

Much better and easier than the hospital underwear! Not having to put a pad down makes everything quicker and easier, which is nice when you have a crying baby you’re trying to get back to.

Item is fine. Delivery was the worst. It says on the order to delivery to rear door. I also have a sign on the front door to deliver to rear door. I just get fed up that they can't even read the instructions
