I have not used no-show socks before as I've felt no need for them. But in warm weather when I want to wear low shoes and not sandals I see their purpose. These socks are quite thin: I immediately thought of hosiery instead of socks. On my first try they slipped off of my heel. The heels have rubbery strips inside to help them stay in place. But because the heel is meant to be invisible there is not much fabric to really grasp the heel. It may be my need to get accustomed to this style of sock but I would prefer a thicker material.

These socks definitely hit the mark on being thin and of a comfortable material. However, they run small and the seam is thick around the toes, so I would suggest sizing up. I think if the socks weren't too tight, the seam wouldn't be a big deal. As it is, I can't use these.

For the first time EVER, I have found no-show socks that fit, stay in place and are not so fat they slip and slide while on the foot and end up clumping up in the shoe. These miracle socks are the PENUUP 4 Pack Mens No Show Socks. They washed in the laundry and came out in the same shape they went in. I wore a pair all day without any slipping or discomfort. In the past the 5-8 size was a frustration so they will be tossed. One receives four pairs of socks for $12.99, a bargain in my opinion. Great 5 star item . . .

While these PENUUP No Show Socks are listed as men's, they do work for women provided the right size is ordered. I wear a women's 7.5, so I ordered the size 5-8 socks since that converts to 6.5-9.5 in women's sizes. They do fit, but they're tight and given that there isn't much stretch, I don't see how they could fit someone who wears shoes two sizes larger than me. The quality is good though, and the grip material on my heel keeps them in place in my loafers, which is a welcome change from the other ones that are always falling down. They're also thin, as promised, but they're very thin with no cushion, closer to a tights thickness rather than thin socks, which surprised me but they work. Overall, not my favorite no-show sock, but they're a good choice for lower shoes when most no-shows still show.
