We love the Sublue Mix Underwater Scooter so much that we ended up buying a second one! It's been a huge hit with our family and can easily pull around four people in the pool. It's not incredibly fast, but it's definitely faster than swimming on your own and provides a fun boost through the water. Battery life has been solid for our use. We typically get around 45 minutes of runtime in the pool, though it's constantly being passed between kids rather than running nonstop. The biggest downside is the recharge time—when the battery finally runs out, it takes about two hours to fully charge. It's lightweight and perfect for pool use. We took it with us to Maui and had an amazing experience using it in the ocean. We also had no issues bringing the batteries through TSA as carry-ons. Overall, this has been one of our favorite water toys. Fun, reliable, easy (enough) to travel with, and enjoyable for both kids and adults.

Love it! Compact can fit in suitcase. Got it for my 81 year old husband. He isn’t as fast as he used to be; he kept up snorkeling with the group!

Grandkids love this gift. We ended up buying the more powerful version with fast charger as well to relieve kids fighting over whose turn it was. One issue we’re still trying to check out. The second time we used this Sublue the battery only lasted 15 minutes compared to 30+ minutes on the first use. My husband believes it might be that we charged the battery and then didn’t use it for several days. On the third time we used it battery life was back to 30/40 minutes. All in all has added much fun to kids pool time. Grandkids haven’t been back since we got the higher end version. Can’t wait for them to compare the two scooters.

Update: I reached out to the company to let them know. They asked a few questions and said it was under the one year warranty and shipped a new one out. I was shocked at that level of customer service. I never expected that kind of response. Fun while it lasted but it died before the one year mark. I’ve reached out to support but don’t think I will get far. My son used ours in our pool - we followed instructions on storage and cleaning after use.

Customer service was really great ! I have to be honest but I was surprised by the level of caring they offered me. They refunded my broken units and sent me a new model to replace it. So far the sublue navbow works really good. I will wait to see if it last more than the previous model I had. I am satisfied with how they handled the situation. Great company.

This product works exactly as advertised. I bought it for my granddaughter and she loves it. It’s amazing.

Needs a little more power for open sea, but diving coral reefs with this was awesome. I've snorkeled the reef before but with this it was an entirely different incredible experience.
