It's a direct fit for most of not all coaster break wheels

Great upgrade for 20" BMX
Works really well with 44 tooth crank sprocket, 15 MPH on sidewalks non stop and break a good sweat in 20 minutes, using longer pedal cranks is great as well.Installation was really easy. Remove wheel, pry off ring clip from around old sprocket using fine tip flat head screw driver, remove old sprocket, insert new sprocket, replace ring clip, replace wheel, now remove some links from the chain using a chain breaker and tighten wheel nuts.
