I don't think Static Guard is meant to be a repellent of any kind. It is basically to keep one item of clothing from clinging to another due to static electricity. I don't think it would have an effect on pet fur/hair.

Based on my experience, no, this does not remove wrinkles. It just eliminates static cling.

Q: Would this product sprayed on floor rug keep dog hair from sticking to the rug?

This product is good for anything that has a static cling. Unless your rug is full of static electric, I do not think it will help keep dog hair away.
