Doesn't work for me -- and odds are it won't for you
This looked like a really good idea: forcing good posture without being a brace that covers much of your upper body in hot stretch-nylon. But this turned out to be another item in which the execution of a good idea doesn't quite cut it. I sent this item back. This is why:First, I found it nearly impossible to get this thing on by myself. (None of the info about this brace -- including the DVD they give you -- even hints at that. But it definitely should.) Alone, I couldn't shimmy the brace up my arms far enough (it needs to be right under your armpits), with the brace being simultaneously tight enough, to get it properly in place. And you can't tighten after it's on. You need to gauge how tight it needs to be before you put it on. So, my husband needed to help me put it on, which meant I could have it on only when he was home. Not very practical. (I work from home; he doesn't.) I'm tall and thin (and a woman) but I can't see that that is a factor in how this thing feels once it's in place.Second, I found that once it was on as high as it needs to be to be effective, it greatly restricts your arm movements. So you can't do much of anything while you're wearing it (except maybe sit at a computer with your keyboard close to your body). You can't reach for and pick up things unless they're already close to your body. If you do, the tightens uncomfortably and binds on your arms.Third, it was just generally uncomfortable, even apart from the restricted arm-movement issue. I'm not talking about the discomfort of not being used to correct posture. I'm talking about discomfort from just wearing the thing as it's meant to be worn. I still think this concept might be a good one, but it needs further thought and revision.

LOVE IT
I hope everyone reads this review because the others aren't too fair IMO... I almost didn't buy this product because of the bad reviews. Thankfully, I went with my gut and tried it out.First, I read a review that said the small was too small and anyone other than a stick figure should order a large. I bought the large. Big mistake. Stick with the sizing they mention. I am 6'1", have decently broad shoulders, weigh 165, have above average biceps (that's right, I said it), and wear a large in shirts, jackets, etc. The large was too loose when I tightened it all the way. I had to return in. Got the small and it fits great.Second, others say it's too tight around the arms. Sure, it is if you tighten it too much. I wear it loose enough to not slide. I only wear it for half an hour to an hour at a time, and it's best when you're sitting around watching tv or eating or something. I do not wear it under clothes so I can't comment on that.I'd say, if you saw this on Shark Tank and were thinking about it, get it. It's worth the money to me. And it's helping. I had shoulder surgery two months ago and know I have bad posture. It's helping my shoulder heal and my posture get better!!!

Don't feel it is effective enough to improve posture
I was excited when I first saw this product on Shark Tank because I really have wanted something that could not only improve my posture but help build good muscle memory to keep my sholuders back. But after trying it I am question how effective it would be at doing this.Positives:- It is small, lightweight and easy to take with you.- It is soft so there are no annoying pieces of plastice poking your arms or backNegatives:- Because it secures on your arms in my opinion it does not go high enough to give good shoulder posture support- To make sure it is tight enough to give a posture reminder it almost has to be too tight on your arms to the point of discomfort. And I am a thin person with thin arms- It can be difficult to get one loop on the first arm but pulling up the second arm the securing end slips out of the hole atleast for me.- Finally the guys on Shark Tank said it gave a gentle reminder of poor posture. In my opinion the reminder was too gentle and allowed a little too much poor posture before you really noticed it.Perhaps this would work great for someone else. These are just my own personal thoughts on the product.

Good Concept but Flawed
I am 5'8" 165 lbs male and the small barely fits around my biceps. I try to wear it under my work clothes (business suit) and don't have too much of an issue with it on most days.My biggest issue is with the way the bands work in the plastic connectors. As another reviewer mentioned, I am unable to wear this (loosely or tightly) without the bands bunching inside the connectors and then twisting/stretching the plastic connectors. When this happens (nearly every time) it feels as if it loses its effectiveness and may even cause poor posture. The few times that the bands have not bunched have been wonderful. I am considering returning this.I like the concept and think that it can be helpful. That being said, I am left disappointed with the overall results of the product.

PostureNOW an excellent item
I purchased this product from Amazon after seeing it demonstrated on a television. I absolutely love it, it is exactly as they described it to be. It is designed to remind our bodies that when we are not in a correct posture to correct itself. I put it on and immediately recognized that I was not in a correct posture. It's not a brace, it's designed to as I said alert your body to bring your shoulders back and to stand up straight. You only have to wear it for short periods of time before you begin to realize to correct your posture by bringing back your shoulders. It doesn't take long before you won't need to wear it, if you have worn it correctly and followed directions. I had had some minor issues with my neck and within minutes of putting it on and standing correctly I begin to feel much better. And as the inventors said on television when wearing it, you'll notice you tighten your stomach muscles which is an added benefit over time. I truly believe in this product as having gone through physical therapy and it being driven into me to correct my posture, this PostureNOW product does exactly as the therapist was trying to make me do via time consuming exercises.
