Not for petite necks. Solid, but not necessarily soft support. Too tall for me but great to add to our home medical supplies for future needs.

The design angles the chin a bit upward tilting the head back which is a very different feel from the other collars I have. I wear it primarily during the day. It relieves muscle tension in the back of my neck . I found it to be comfortable after I realized how the unique design works to compliment the natural curvature of the neck to relax the muscles. I also like the cut out that prevents pressure on my Adam's apple. If you want a collar that will keep your head tilted back while sleeping, then this might be worth trying. The main reason I didn't give it a 5 is because of the way the velco stap is sewn to the collar fabric. Hopefully it won't rip or stretch out.

Quality is premium. Looks good. Unfortunately it doesn't fit on my neck.

This is horribly uncomfortable. At first you think it feels good, but then after about 3x using, the velcro gives out, the brace becomes too loose to support your neck and your neck will hurt. It also begins to shift positions. I wish I could return it, but it's too late.

This neck brace is exactly what I needed. My Doctor prescribed it's use to help me with some neck and spine issues I have been experiencing. It has helped me a lot. It keeps my head and neck sturdy and in place, but comfortably so that it does not feel awkward. It is suppose to help keep your head and neck in place, otherwise it would not be worth purchasing. You can make it as tight or as loose as you are comfortable with, but people, it is NOT suppose to make you feel so comfortable that it doesn't do what it was designed to do! I love it and it does exactly as it states it does.

I had to return this item because it is too tall. I am only 5'4". I tried wearing it for about an hour, and the V part of the brace pressed into my chest. My neck was too short for it. It has a good stiffness to it and would probably help with neck pain, although it may not be suitable for smaller individuals.

The description says that it fits for necks from 14" and ip, mine is around 15"-16". The velcro only let it use it from 18". I tried adjusting for my neck size but the velcro damaged it instantly. Flopped design. I liked the material though.

I wear it to sleep. I wish I would’ve done this sooner to prevent getting the fine fold lines that people get when looking down at phones or reading books. It’s comfortable and it’s made out a good quality. It keeps its shape. The important measurement is a distance between the chin and the chest/collarbone not so much the measurement around the neck unless you have a pretty big neck. It’s easy to use and it uses Velcro to close.
