I've been using UMZU standard strength Redwood frequently over the past 2 years and it does awesome with opening vessels (I believe it's a vasodilator) and a Nitric Oxide booster, giving you 5 solid hours of endurance. I've recently tried the UMZU Max ( 2 tabs instead of 3) and usually take one Max and one standard strength to make the bottles last longer, as they are pricey. I also take NAD+ and an NO booster, beet root extract to supplement the cost and sometimes only take one UMZU Max. I do a lot of construction and where I overdo things, but don't get winded with this. The highest proof that I have found, going on cruise ships dancing the night away, not even breaking a sweat while the younger wife and her latin friends are huffing and sweaty, needing breaks. If this stuff was around 35 years ago when I was a competitive distance runner, records would have been broken. I'm betting Olympians today use similar endurance boosters. Never any side effects and it's easy to take capsules, with or without food on an empty or full stomach.-Zero issues. The secret is out.

This product is pretty good, but I find that it really didn’t work as good. The only thing it did for me was just make me hot or make me feel more hot on the inside not in a good way it was OK. I personally probably wouldn’t get it again. Other people may like it. That’s just my opinion.

This is by far my favorite UMZU product! I’ve tried several UMZU supplements, but this one stands out as the most effective for me.
