Used only once directly on the floor. Floor is hard and not confortable. Don't want to use the blanket on the bed (memory foam). The blanket is relaxing. The problem is the hard floor!

The product is for 110V and in Singapore we use 220V. Lifepro should either warn us or provide the voltage reducer for country that runs on 220V with the correct rating on watts to use. I email and massage them till now no answer. Please provide the correct rating of the voltage reducer if not providing us one. Quite disappointed with lifepro. They are marketing to those countries that run 220V yet they never even bother to provide the solution.

As the title of my review suggests, this is the absolute best purchase I have made this year. And I have made a ton of purchases. Do you need an infrared sauna blanket to live? Probably not, but once you have one, you will wonder how you did without! I purchased a steam sauna box last year, and i do like it since it's quite relaxing and great to help you get in the mood to sleep. I really liked combining it with some of those shower steamer things to boost the rejuvenation. However, I wasn't convinced that I was actually sweating that much since most of the moisture was simply the steam turning back into water on my skin. I had tried an infrared sauna at the gym and was thrilled with how much sweat was produced in a short time. And I felt REFRESHED afterwards, comparable to how you feel after a good cardio session. I came across this blanket and decided to give it a chance for days when i don't do cardio. The blanket comes with a towel and these foil sauna wrappers that help maximize your sweating. The first time was a learning experience, much like anything else. I was amazed at how much sweat was produced. We are easily talking a liter on the highest setting for about an hour (the timer goes up to 50, but you can add more time as you go along). Here are my recommendations: 1. Place a towel under your head and shoulders to avoid getting your bed or other surface wet. 2. I don't have my arms in the blanket while using it, so I use another towel across my chest to hold in more steam. 3. Use the sauna wrappers! They are disposable, but I use them 2-3 times each. Just need to rinse and hang to dry. 4. If you are sensitive to heat, start at a lower level and time. I would not recommend using this if you have rashes, broken skin or neuropathy. 5. Be careful! This thing gets very hot on the inside AND outside. For cleaning, I will open it up and use a dry towel to soak up the sweat. Then, I wipe down with a damp towel and allow to air dry. I love this thing and it works incredibly well for a sauna blanket at this price point. It can be a challenge to get it folded up small enough to fit back in the bag, but it is what it is. It all just gets put back in a closet either way.

So I promised after using this for a few days I would post a review. I personally hate to sweat mostly Infront my husband, oh well he will get over it. So I have used this 2 times. I do plan on using it more, just have to find the time to do it. Today I used it after my Waver vibration plate workout. It did seem to help relax the muscles a lot. However, Lightweight not at all, very heavy to move around, unpack and repack in the bag, but I do like that it has a carry bag to store it in. They had so many different ones to choice from so I received the natural stone pro, which they say is enhanced for deeper tissue healing, and detoxification, I feel the stones are a bit uncomfortable to lay on, now with that said, I did not put a anything down, just had a light weight tank and shorts on. I started with 20 min on level 4 day 1, and then today 25 on level 5. I got very relaxed felt like I could fall asleep, which was nice, then of course a cool shower and your awake. do I feel a difference not yet, but I hope to after a few more uses. I just diagnosed with RA (Rheumatoid arthritis ) i am really hoping it helps with the joint pain and the overall inflammation that I am having. My over all plan is to try and use this at least 3x week and see if it helps. Will post an update in a few weeks.

I have only used this a few times,but I love the convenience of being able to climb in and just lay back and relax while it does it's thing. When I am done not only is my pains at ease, but I am relaxed enough to fall asleep. I recommend this and any Lifepro products. This is a company I will continue to purchase from in the future.
