I am EXTREMELY disappointed by this purchase. I was originally so happy with this pillow because it’s so comfortable, but after 3 days I woke up to bites all over my arms and back. I looked under the pillow case and there were the shells from bed bugs. Absolutely unacceptable and horrifying. Stay away

I've had the pillow for almost three weeks now and feel comfortable to write a review now.First impression: Well constructed. Easy to adjust pillow firmness thanks to pillow having zipper access and additional stuffing included. Easy to clean thanks to pillow cover having zipper as well. No odor.Continued impression from first night to almost 3 weeks later: First night the pillow was very firm but I wanted to make sure it was not going to flatten out so I slept a second night at this firmness, which is too firm for my liking. Middle of the second night I (in the dark mind you) unzipped both pillow cover and pillow and removed two large handfuls of stuffing. I have not needed another adjustment! It has been the PERFECT pillow every since. It is neither hot nor cool. In other words it's like any other pillow I've had in that aspect. The pillow is not loosing it's now adjusted firmness. It is very comfortable.Even though I caught this on a good daily or lightening (I forget which) deal I still feel that over $30 for a pillow is a lot. But if this continues to hold up as well as it has thus far, I may likely change my mind. Buying a $5-$10 pillow every few months isn't cost effective either.

It was broken in and fit me perfect. I came across this pillow during a lightning sale and figured what the heck, I’ll give it a shot and if it sucks I’ll just send back. I’m keeping it! Not only does it come with a pillow cover-which is typically an extra cost-it is adjustable!I was able to easily remove about 30% of the phone to get it almost identical to the same firmness and flatness as my old one.I intend to buy one for my wife and I’m also going to buy another one to Tuckaway in the closet just in case they stop making these in the next 20 years Hah

The pillow's covers seem to be well made, good stitching and zipper, and it comes with a small packet of extra fill, which seems totally unnecessary as the pillow is quite full and firm, in fact, completely filled, too big and firm for use as a head pillow.I took out about a gallon-½ (uncompressed) of the fill to get the pillow down to where I could use it as a head pillow, and it's better than the solid Temper-pedic pillow I was using before. The memory foams are more firm than down, feather, or poly fills, and the same is true of this shredded memory foam, but because it is shredded, it is less sold feeling than the one-piece memory foam I have in my Temper-pedic pillow, so this has replaced the Tempur-pedic for me.If the pillow is left fully stuffed as when it arrives, it is good for use as a "spooning" partner pillow or between the legs, or to support sitting up in bed, though depending upobn your size, you may want to remove some fill for a custom fit, which is the best thing, that you can do that.The pillow arrived quickly, so I'm happy with it.

I have been searching for a pillow to help me with kinks in my neck and neck pain. When i first got the pillow i thought it was going to be too firm. But after a week i was used to the difference from my old pillow. And this really helps my neck pain. It is not perfect, but I have not had a kink in my neck since i bought this pillow and it had really helped my overall neck pain. I have tried many pillows including my pillow, but this is the best. I did just add the extra filling that came with the pillow and will be checking to see if i can get a little more. If you are like me and have been in search for a pillow to help with neck pain give this one a try. I have been using this for over 2 months now.

I work on a computer all day. Neck and shoulder pain come with the territory. This pillow is amazing! My head sinks right into it, and my neck feels perfectly aligned when I'm sleeping. I love that it comes with extra padding. You can add more or take some away as needed. It's super easy to do, and easy to clean. I bought this when it was on sale half price. I paid about $32 for it instead of the usual $60+. Not sure I would have paid full price, but at $32 it was a steal!

I just moved into a new apartment this week and went on Amazon to buy pillow. I noticed the extremely high reviews of my pillows on Amazon. More importantly, they offered same-day shipping, which saved my life during the chaos of moving into a new apartment. So I decided to give my pillows a try and it is indeed a great choice.The package came in a small box all squished up. Once you tear up the plastic wrap, then it fluffs up quickly into a very comfy pillow. I didn’t notice any smell in both the package and the pillow itself. The cover is very smooth and new.The pillow is a good combination of being both firm and fluff. I love it when my head can sink into the pillow while staying supported just a bit instead of sinking all the way down. Those pillows that are too soft and sink all the way always give me headache. I love the relative heaviness of this pillow. It is a real treat for your neck, shoulders, and spine.I definitely recommend this pillow for everyone!

Very good quality for this price, much better than I expected. Tried two night already, it offers super comfortable support to my neck. The good thing is it comes with extra more memory foam which can be added into the pillow to adjust the height to your favorite (that also mean can take some out, I actually took out some of the foam to fit my neck).
