Nature's Bounty Black Cohosh Root Supplement, 450 mg, 100 Capsules

This honest review is for Natural's Bounty Black Cohost 540mg after 3 years of using it ( tested on an older lady for real lol ). I am 62 and I am taking 1 of these everyday in the evening (between 6-7:30, I have to time it because I have 2 other supplements to take before bed time too). This supplement is treating my menopause symptoms, but the most effectiveness is reducing my midnight sweat. The pill is not too big, very easy to swallow, and I don't have any problem with digesting it. No scent nor after taste. This bottle last me over 3 months, so I can say it cheap of how many good things it did good for me. After I tried several different brands I found this brand is the best for my body, and I am sticking to this brand. I also recommended this to my Mom who is in her late seventy, and it helps her too, big time! *** Special note: I searched on google while back, and it suggested that I should stop for a week in between every 6 months, but midnite sweat came right back after the second day that I stop taking it, and ofcourse I don't like that idea. If you are someone who is dealing with menopause symptoms you would understand what I mean.

Good product for my hot flashes

I finally found something that works. No more hot 🥵 flashes and night sweats. No side effects. No aftertaste. I feel like myself again. No bad odor. I felt relief in a few days. Every woman body reacts differently but I highly recommend.

Helped in reducing sweating from other meds. Does not stop sweating but does help reduce it. Recommend as an over the counter product if you can't afford prescription meds.

I took these during perimenopause. Doc had put me on HRT but I thought as the only symptom I was having was hot flashes and night sweats, I hated the idea of flooding my body with hormones. So I got this brand of black cohosh and it immediately did the trick. No more flashes or sweats! And i got off the HRT! It doesn't work for everyone though. I was lucky. And so glad I tried this.

Black Cohosh was recommended to me by my Mom for my menopausal symptoms as she had amazing results when she went through it. Unfortunately, I'm not experiencing any relief. I get that what works for one may not work for the other. Black Cohosh has, however, softened the skin on my elbows and knees. I also noticed a mild boost to my mood.
