A wonderful honey. So tasty and of medicinal value. A friend told me about Manuka Honey and I now buy it regularly as it repairs my throat which was damaged by swallowing a stone which was in a mincemeat tart at Last Christmas.

I can’t comment on the health benefits of Manuka honey, if there are any, but this does taste nice for the price. I have tasted slightly better manuka honey though, but at a higher price.

First of all, let me make it clear that I am such a big fan of Manuka Honey from this vendor that I've purchased a DOZEN 17.6 oz jars since mid December 2018. Some of the jars I had shipped directly to friends and family. Some of those people have started ordering their own jars. I have promoted this Manuka Honey to my oncologist and surgeon at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston and my local oncologist where I get immunotherapy treatments. This honey helped me reverse severe anemia caused by treatments and allowed me to resume treatments. I also was able to stop having frequent blood transfusions after taking Manuka Honey to calm mild colitis which caused my hemoglobin to drop to 6.6 a few times. I began taking a teaspoon of Manuka Honey only 2 to 3 times a week...The week I started taking it on December 16, 2018 my hemoglobin as 8.8. On January 7, 2019, my hemoglobin had risen to 10.8. I was approved to resume treatments. My hemoglobin on January 24th (date of first treatment) was 11.8. February 7th it was 12.2 ...February 14th it was 12.5, February 26th, it was 13.2 (highest ever in over 30 years).. In addition to the Manuka Honey reversing my colitis induced anemia, the Manuka Honey has protected my body from side effects from immunotherapy. This 2nd round of treatments, I have so far not endured severe rashes, coughing, wheezing, etc that I experienced the 1st round of treatments. As you can tell, I LOVE MANUKA HONEY....HOWEVER, this vendor increased the price of the product by over 20% since my last order two weeks ago. Price was $25.06 on March 27th. It is $30.20 today (April 10th) Because my last order was for 4 jars, (gave 2 jars away) it will be a while before I need more. I am hoping the price has gone back down or I'll have to look for another source.

Absolutely love this honey. I’ve tried several different Manuka honeys and I don’t think I’m in a position to judge or rate. But this one is absolutely delicious. I love to take a spoonful on my tongue and just let it hang out in my mouth and savor all the complexities
