Why did it feel underpowered or not start as many times when I first used it?

1. For safety shipping, it arrives with around 40% charge. Use the included 57W adapter to give it a full charge (approx 4 ours) before first use. 2. Do not use type C or Type A to C with your computer or mobile adaptor to charge jumper starter.
