So I bought this powerbank with expectations of being able to charge my iphone about 14 times considering the capacity of a iphone 5s is 1570mAh and the powerbank is 24000mAh, but in reality it charged my phone about 5 times. This powerbank seems to be more like 8000mAh.I am waiting for it to break so I can find out if its only 4 18650 batteries and then fake weighted ones, I will update my review when I do.Update: unit will not take a charge past 25%, I will be disassembling soon to see what kinda weights are inside in place of batteries.Update: I returned the unit(thanks amazon) and will probably go with a name brand unit.

Does not charge iPhone battery case. It works when you charge the iPhone directly. I tried to use this battery power bank to charge other portable batteries, and it didn't work.Update: I was contacted by email to resolve issues, and it resolved the issue. I upgraded to 4 stars due to the excellent customer support from Gatcepot.

The display is confusing. If you don't run down to one or no lights it may not charge, even if you think you have it charging all night. I can't say anything about the durability since I've only had mine for a few months. I think the value for the money is high 4 or 5 stars.

I have had this portable charger for a week now. I have a iPhone 7 and it can charges 5 times for full battery. My husband and I actually just took it on the road with us and we both plugged and charged at the same time. So that was pretty convenient．This is an excellent device to have！Good price, good quality！

When you buy third tier you get third tier quality. Damn thing stops charging after 2 lights. Once it made it up to 4 lights. My phone has 2400 battery, math says it should charge 8-10 charges. If I'm lucky I get 3.Update.Got a replacement. This time it was assembled correctly but issues persist. Won't charge past 3 lights and the holding charge is facticious. Charged phone up 50% drained battery bank on 3 lights wtf.

The best power bank ever. iPhone can be charged more than 4 times. And I can charge different items at the same time. It is very useful and helpful. Especially when I am on the way and the traffic is bad. The power bank help save my phone.

While this portable charger has some heft to it I don't mind carrying it to insure I'll have plenty of juice for whatever device I am carrying. Friends use to giggle when they saw this crammed into my back pocket often joking that I was out jump starting semi's again. However, those same friends seem to be attracted to me when their devices require a charge. Its not unusual to have three devices plugged in and charging from this unit. So far it has performed just as expected and I would not hesitate to buy another should the need arise.

Ok so this is a helpful review. First off the power bank is good. Here is what the company is lacking in explanation that would avoid much frustration. I received my power bank and everything was good charged everything I connected (Nintendo switch, iPads, iPad mini, iPhone 6, iPhone XR, I watch using I watch usb charger cable, AirPods) till it came time to charge it. I tried both inputs with 2 different cords and the power bank would not charge just kept blinking on the second indicator light. I called amazon replacement sent same thing happened. Reached out to amazon great customer service as usual offered replacement or refund. I explained that the same issue occurred with both power banks so there must be something else going on. I ended up sending an email to the manufacturer and within 24 hours got a response. Unfortunately, all that was said was try different cords or request refund. Not the best customer service obviously didn’t give me the impression that they care about there reputation to actually care enough to explain anything make sure that their product performed as they advertise. With that said I tried another cord and nothing changed so here is the solution that unfortunately the manufacturer didn’t share that would have solved everything. It is not the cord that is the issue most of the time it is the brick or connection to the electrical outlet that is the issue. I initially used an iPhone brick from my iPhone XR and that does not work but when I tried my old MacBook brick it worked perfectly. And I have had no problem since. So even though customer service trusty does not appear to care much about protecting the reputation of their product by making sure they share this simple information and insuring that when you see their product you associate it with functioning as advertised, they did respond to my question with 24 hours unfortunately to quick to advise to request refund. With that said the item works and charges everything I connected to it. Just remember try different bricks (the thing that plugs into the wall that you connect the usb cord to) and everything should work great.
