Yep whilst damp and before blow-drying, it's way less effective on dry hair. I have thick and short hair so it gets worked root to tip anyway but I'm fairly sure that's what my barber said to do with it.

You can do and I find blow drying gives me best results but no, you dont need to. It can be left to dry naturally. I find it works best by applying before styling product
